Well if your only just getting started, we would recommend one of our more basic entry level systems. These are designed not to break the bank and if you decide PC gaming is not for you. Then these systems are generally easier to sell compared to our higher end systems.

Very simple. We offer you a fixed price for the part you wish to upgrade and discount the difference in price. 

If you wish to carry out the upgrade yourself, you are more than welcome to and we can provide individual warranties on the parts. Just be aware this method may mean certain parts in your system will not be covered under our 3 year warranty, due to modification of original PC provided.

Dependent on your location it can take anywhere from overnight to 7 days. If you have not received your PC or parts by then, please get in contact using form below.

We never say no and love a challenge. By custom we mean absolutely one of a kind, something you cannot buy off the shelf. We are not just putting various components together and saying “done”. We have built various PCs, anywhere from custom painted cases, motherboards, sleeved cables etc. Due to the owners defense and aircraft industry history, we can create some pretty crazy builds.

Please be aware this option can take up to three months for completion and we charge upwards of $125+ per hour dependent on the complexity of the build. Non-refundable 70% deposit required.

Sure thing: If you purchased from us, the PC is with warranty, and is a hardware and not software issue. Repairs are free of charge* 

Otherwise contact us and we can see what we can do. Most of our customers generally come to us as a last resort, as we can usually repair the “un-repairable”.
