DELIVERY

Products typically arrive within 1-2 working days for North Island deliveries and 2-4 working days for South Island deliveries. Rural deliveries may take an extra working day, and bulk deliveries may take an extra 2-4 working days.

Builds can take an extra few days, as all builds are built to order and we work our best to get them to you as soon as we can.

If you do not receive your product after 7 days please contact us.

*Please be aware that COVID-19 will have a delay on all orders, allow an extra day for all parts and 2 days for builds*

Saturday Delivery (Currently not available due to COVID-19 Levels)

We can deliver on a Saturday at a cost, please let us know if you require this service. Please be aware that if you have ordered your product before 10am on a Friday you may receive your product on a Saturday, without needing to inform us or paying any extra fees.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We currently do not have a same day delivery service.

SHIPPING SECURITY

All orders sent via a courier with a signature required for each delivery. In some cases, and only where you have given the courier company permission to leave orders at a designated location, your order may be delivered without requiring a signature. (Due to COVID-19, signatures may not be required, each is dependent on the individual courier company policies)

Our insurance only covers up to $2000 NZD, if you wish to have higher cover please purchase shipping insurance with your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the items being shipped. Some items are kept in the South Island and may need to be shipped to the North Island and vice versa.

Our shipping price calculator is an estimate only and is also geo-tagged. We are working on a solution to pick from a drop down list of areas for more accurate delivery estimates before needing to enter our checkout page.

To calculate what the shipping costs will be for your order, add the items you are interested in to your cart, view the checkout page, and select your ‘Area’ to calculate the shipping cost.
